To Nurture Your Soul

Good Morning Ladies, today I’m posting another Autumn card with a different twist to it.
Have you ever stamped on (Cornhusks)?
Yes dried cornhusk was used on the Elegant Flourishes die from Tim Holtz’s.
(See Close Up.)
It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered a new die,
and this is one that I couldn’t wait to try, well that was (AGES) ago.
This is a Spellbinders Die called Nobel Rectangle (S5-190).
I also used the long oval dies to frame the graphic
(from The Graphic Fairy).

Movers and Shapers Tattered die was used for the flower which was inked with distress inks. Printed papers from DCWV.

Stamp credits are TAC and Marks Finest Papers.
Thanks for stopping in this morning.

Vintage Christmas

I hated to start Christmas this early but after seeing the new
Christmas Stamps from Tim, I couldn’t wait to get started.
This Vintage Santa is from the Mini Holidays 5 (CMS 177).
The little lady is from The Graphic Fairy, the beautiful lace doily is new from Spellbinders. The Post card is from DCWV, printed papers from my scraps.
Small corner stamp un-known.
I used Cracked Glass technique on the little Lady graphic.
Plus pale gold leafing pen on the oval frame.
Distressed Inks along with Mementos inks.
Thanks again for your visit today. Hope you are enjoying the week-end,
we have a beautiful but chilly day here only 52 degrees but great for a football game!

Beautiful Stationery Box (Well Kinda) ?

This is a scan of what my finished stationery box was
supposed to look like when I followed the directions.
Warning!!! There’s A Lot of Pic’s in this post.
Now if you know anything about me,
You Know…I don’t always (read directions well), so doing things by the Book
doesn’t always fit my needs. SOOO … this is what I came up with.
Just a neat little (Junk Box) to go by the phone.

I had so much fun that I can’t wait to start
the other one I have sitting here.
Ton’s of stamps were used, inks and papers that if I name everything,
I’m sure Blogger won’t let me post this.
So enjoy the pictures. Any questions, LMK.
