Be Mine Pocket Card

At Christmas I was given a gift in a white plastic gift bag, which I saved and cut apart to make the pocket for this little card. I used the Pocket Envelope Die 657843 from Sizzix,
cut and emboss it with white embossing powder.

Stamp used was from Great Impressions H172.
Using the Word Play Die 657837 from Sizzix, for the letters, stained them and added embellishments and stamping. For the little card inside (this is where all the fun begins), using some beautiful papers from Making Memories (background) and from Kaiser Craft (Sweet Nothings Collection) for the cherub. With the Heart die 654983 from Sizzix

I cut one med heart, out of soft aluminum and stained it with Red Pepper Alcohol Ink and ran it though my Vintaj Embossing folder 657933. The other heart was cut from Christmas ribbon. Added Tim Holtz’s embellishments (arrow and word band). Plus two 3D hearts. Back of card stamp credits are Tim Holtz and Hero Arts.
Thank you for your time today, hope everyone is well and inside staying warm.
Hugs XOXOXO

Only you can turn a plastic bag into a work of art! Vada, this is gorgeous and I love how you combined so many elements into such a wonderful Valentine! I checked out your weather forecast and it is going to be a cold one! Great weekend to stay in and play! Hugs!
